Yash is exceptionally strong at execution, especially for his age and experience. He is AI-native, brings solid design thinking to the table, and, most importantly, has great visual design taste. Many of the branding and taste-driven elements in the app came from his ideas - directions I may not have arrived at myself within the time constraints.
